Today is the first day of my winter vacation. I woke up very early because I had a lot of things to do. After breakfast, I started to clean my room and organize my books. It felt really good to have everything in order.

In the afternoon, I went out with my friend Lily. We went to the park and played football for a while. The weather was nice and the sun was shining. We also bought some hot chocolate and sat on a bench, chatting about our plans for the holiday.

At night, I watched a movie at home. It was a comedy, and I laughed a lot. I also wrote a little bit in my English diary. I think it's important to practice writing in English every day, even during the holidays.
