【大学生新生英语自我介绍】Hello, everyone. My name is Li Ming, and I'm a new student at this university. It's my first time here, and I'm really excited to start this new chapter in my life.

I come from a small city in the north of China. Before coming to university, I studied at a high school where I had a lot of fun with my classmates and teachers. I like reading books, especially novels and science fiction. I also enjoy playing basketball and listening to music in my free time. These hobbies help me relax and stay positive.

In terms of my studies, I have always been interested in English. I think it's an important language that connects people from different countries. That’s why I chose to study English in university. I hope to improve my speaking and writing skills, and maybe one day I can work in an international environment.

I’m also very open-minded and friendly. I believe that making new friends is one of the most exciting parts of being a student. I look forward to meeting people from all over the world and learning from their experiences.

In the future, I want to be a translator or an English teacher. I think both jobs are meaningful and can help others understand different cultures. I know there will be challenges ahead, but I’m ready to face them with hard work and determination.
