【初中生寒假英语日记】January 15th, 2025

Sunday

Today is the first day of my winter vacation. I am very happy because I don’t have to go to school. After breakfast, I decided to do something useful. I cleaned my room and organized my books. It was a bit tiring, but I felt proud when everything looked neat.

In the afternoon, I watched a movie with my family. The movie was about a boy who traveled around the world. I learned some new English words from it. I also tried to write down the important parts in my diary. I think it’s good to practice English every day, even during the holiday.

At night, I played some games on my phone and then read a storybook. I like reading because it helps me improve my vocabulary. I also practiced speaking English by talking to myself. Sometimes it’s hard to find people to talk to, but I try my best.

I hope I can keep this habit during the whole vacation. Maybe I can learn more English and have fun at the same time. I feel excited about what I can achieve this winter.
